For over 20 years I have bought and sold horse properties, raw land, farm land, and ranches in the DFW area through partnerships and joint ventures. I am skilled in finding partners & capital for investments and in structuring & negotiating deals by “thinking outside the box”.

 

During the Barnett Shale gas exploration boom I co-founded LMI, a firm that represented hundreds of mineral owners in negotiating the business terms of oil and gas leases. Over the years I have forged an advisory network of attorneys, bankers, title companies, &  brokers. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Professional I specialize in Horse Properties, Farm and Ranch, Raw Land, & Homes on Acreage.

 

I am a partner in a ranch operation where we breed & raise Corriente roping cattle. I am a member of several equine organizations including: NRCHA, NCHA, NRHA, USTRC, AQHA, and APHA. My fiancé, Lisa, and I both raise horses for participation in reining, cutting, & reined cow horse competitions. I admire and support Lisa’s work with dog rescue organizations. We travel to Colorado a couple times each year to visit with friends and, when time permits, I’ll play a round or two of golf.
